Graphic Designer and Marketer providing a one-stop-shop solution

Started out in the corporate world.

I’ve had the opportunity to work on multi-channel sales and marketing campaigns with great brands such as STARBUCKS, INDIGO, and TELUS to name a few. I’ve also held leadership roles in sales and marketing for 12+ years.

And this is when things started to get really interesting!

Adding graphic design and interactive media to my skillset created a unique experience for my clients. They were able to leverage creative agency services to build their brand and identity (logo) while also accessing actionable strategic marketing tactics to drive a steady flow of leads!

Something was missing.

I wondered, could I build a winning system for myself as I had done for others my entire life?

Before answering that question, I decided to round out my portfolio by studying graphic design and interactive media at the Toronto Film School. Shortly after graduating, I started my freelance business!

I operate as a direct extension of your team.

By applying my proven processes, disciplines, and value-added services, I execute with excellence in the most transparent, efficient, and cost-effective way possible.

Step 2

Proposal

The designer will provide the client with a proposal outlining the deliverables, services rendered, process overview, budget, detailed timeline including milestones, as well as some terms and conditions. Once the client signs off - the first invoice is generated and a kick-off call is scheduled.

Step 3

Kick-Off Call and Branding Exercise

The designer will provide the client with access and training to a shared project management board. This shared project management board houses all project resources, notes, and tasks along with due dates, owners, and calendar sync capabilities. The designer will come prepared with additional questions and will provide the client a link to complete a short branding exercise.

Step 4

Research and Analysis

The designer will conduct in-depth research of the competitive landscape, the industry, the target market/niche, and consumer insights. The goal is to find areas of opportunity to differentiate while leveraging best practices. This research helps to inform future design and messaging decisions.

Step 5

Design Directions and/or Brand Messaging 1st draft

1-3 proposed design directions will be presented to the client visually via moodboards. Brand messaging strategy + elements will be presented as a 1st draft. The client will have the ability to provide feedback and sign off on the approved design and/or messaging directions.

Step 6

Design and Revision Phase

Using the research and insights from all the previous phases, the designer will begin working on the client's identity design in accordance with the approved design direction. The designer will put together the client's Brand Messaging Playbook outlining their final messaging and brand story. The designer will provide the client up to 3 rounds of changes during this phase.

Step 7

Final File(s) Delivered

The designer will deliver the final files and assets to the client.
